The Central African Paediatric Society (aka SOCEPED) organised its annual congress on 22 June in Bangui.
This event brought together many personalities from the region, including: representatives from the Ministries of Health and Population, the Presidents of the Order of Pharmacists and the Order of Physicians, the Pasteur Institute, the CUAMM, Médecins Sans Frontières, etc.
They were all present to learn about and debate this year’s theme: antibiotic resistance.
The congress, sponsored by Prof. Gérard GRESENGUET (Rector of the University of Bangui), was a success.
