Gastricid, management of gastro-oesophageal reflux and heartburn & extension of the FEBRILEX range: FEBRILEX Junior syrup and the treatment of rhinopharyngitis in children and abuse of antibiotic therapy
This seminar took place on Thursday 20 October 2016 at the Hotel des Milles Collines in Kigali, Rwanda and on Tuesday 25 October 2016 at the Roca Golf Hotel in Bujumbura, Burundi respectively. Local doctors and pharmacists as well as representatives of the Ministry of Health were invited and participated in large numbers in these scientific information evenings.
A reference gastroenterologist, Dr Eric Rutaganda from the University Teaching Hospital in Kigali and Dr Caritas Nahimana in Bujumbura, as well as a reference paediatrician, Dr Emmanuel Rusingiza from the CHUK (Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Kigali) and Dr Léopold Barutwanayo in Bujumbura, were invited to give a presentation to their colleagues on the given topics.
This was not only an opportunity for continuing medical education events for health actors, but also a chance for professionals and friends to get together.
