Your expertise will be key during regular training sessions, where you’ll share your knowledge and experience to help our medical representatives excel in their roles. You will also be responsible for analyzing monthly results and proposing innovative strategies to boost your team’s performance. You will implement work plans for your team and ensure rigorous follow-up.
As a cornerstone of our growth strategy, you will play a vital role in promoting our products by developing impactful arguments and differentiated solutions that meet market needs.
As a representative of our company, you will oversee your wholesalers as well as key accounts. You will maintain the company’s image with entities such as the MoH/DPM, professional orders, and any other health-related organizations. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with various experts and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the sector.
Profile Sought
Below is the list of skills and qualifications required to fulfill the Supervisor role effectively:
Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in medical visits, including at least 5 years in team project management.
Excellent knowledge of the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, with an established client portfolio in the target region.
Advanced command of IT tools and market analysis databases such as IMS, Sanisphere, etc.
Proven experience in executing, leading, and measuring the effectiveness of a strategic plan, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strong budget and resource management skills.
Ownership of a functioning vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Strong pedagogical skills to train and develop team capabilities.
Ability to unite a team around a common goal.
