Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated analytical Junior Business Data Analyst with expertise to join our growing team at our headquarters in Nivelles.
You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and data-driven insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to translate business questions into actionable queries. Leveraging your knowledge of excel and data analysis tools, you will gather, extract, analyze, and visualize data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Your insights will be used to inform strategic decision-making and optimize our operation for better performance.
Responsabilities :
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather data from different sources.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights.
- Use data to inform and support decision-making processes.
- Analyse relevant data to identify trends and patterns.
Business Needs Translation:
- Partner with business stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and challenges.
- Translate business questions into clear and concise data analysis requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to define relevant metrics and KPIs for measuring success.
Data Visualization:
- Understand and utilize Excel to create compelling and informative dashboards and reports.
- Knowledge on Sales Force and SEI (BI by Sage X3) is a plus.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Present data insights in a way that is easily understood by a non-technical audience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge on Excel and experience with Salesforce administration tasks a plus.
- Good knowledge of French and English
