Exphar at the National Midwives Days in Cameroon

On the occasion of the International Day of the Midwife, Exphar reaffirms its commitment to maternal and neonatal health through an active presence in the field.

Our team is currently participating in the 17th National Scientific Days of Midwifery, organized in Ebolowa, South Cameroon, by ASFAC (Association of Midwives of Cameroon), under the high patronage of the Ministry of Public Health.

This national-scale event brings together midwives and healthcare professionals from all 10 regions of Cameroon around a common goal: strengthening the quality of care for pregnant women, mothers, and newborns.

A concrete commitment tailored to local needs

Through its participation in this scientific event, Exphar aims to actively support frontline healthcare professionals who play an essential role in the healthcare system.

On-site, our team has the opportunity to:

  • meet healthcare professionals,
  • discuss the realities and challenges faced in the field,
  • present solutions tailored to local needs,
  • contribute to discussions on maternal and neonatal health.

These valuable exchanges help us better understand the daily challenges faced by midwives and strengthen collaborations aimed at improving patient care.

Highlighting the essential role of midwives

Midwives play a central role in the care pathway of women and newborns. Their expertise, close relationship with patients, and daily commitment are essential to sustainably improving maternal and child health indicators.

Through its presence in Ebolowa, Exphar also wishes to acknowledge the remarkable work of all the midwives dedicated to serving their communities.

Exphar, a commetted partner for healthcare in Africa

At Exphar, we firmly believe that meaningful impact is built close to the field, in collaboration with local healthcare professionals.

Our participation in the National Scientific Days of Midwifery reflects this commitment to supporting initiatives that concretely contribute to improving healthcare and health for all.

We warmly thank ASFAC for this collaboration, as well as all participants for the enriching and inspiring exchanges throughout this event.
